  1. That's so so true! The first jump (but also "jumping" in your workout clothes beforehand) are THE hardest things to do when motivation's really not there. Past that hurdle we just "go for it" 😃. I subscribed about 4 days ago and I am hooked already. This is for me the only "fun" workout activity after trying a bunch of them (I guess it somehow reminds me also all my school days in the playground).   3. Thanks Brandon. I have felt those days. Working two jobs (full and partime), family, etc. I needed those words to remind me of my own… "All it takes is one." So I will get back on point. Like my mom says, "we have so much life ahead of us."

  4. What if I'm just too lazy to do anything? I used to workout A LOT but one day I just realized food, movies and sleep are much fun and now just thinking about working out makes me sleepy even when I got a good 8 hours sleep the night before. 😴

    But in all seriousness, this vid is on point…a while back I was like, you know what, I'm too lazy but Im just gonna attempt a criss cross…and then it became a whole 30 minute workout. So yay!

  6. I'm not lazy.But the thing is I have to practice basketball 2 times a week.And after that workout I become like a drunk person (don't take it literally). After that I recover in 2 days, which wastes my whole week.And I have a bad habit too "masturbation".Please help Dan,Brandon.I want to learn to jump rope like you guys.When I try very hard not to masturbate I become angry and behave in wrong way with others.Because of this my gf left me. I am telling you all this because I consider you guys my Bros I am very alone in life.Need serious help
