  1. I eat too much/make worse choices when I'm tired 🙂 I live in a super small town so very rarely around fast food but I love taco bell because it's vegan. My problems are like, I bought a bunch of vegan ramen chili flavored noodles 🙂 so i try to make it rare and add vegan egg and not buy anymore. I also love too much flour tortillas, tortilla chips. Vegan mayo! I quit buying it and looked up a recipe for homemade vegan oil free mayo. Quit cooking with olive oil just water and veggie broth. Also my kids are triggered because I eat their leftovers like vegan mac and cheese, sphagetti, all the veggie meats 😀 I feel I'm on the up and up but at times it's been darker and I def feel you:D

    Seriously, I weigh in on Monday for a weight loss challenge, and on Friday my coworkers were telling me to just not eat for 3 days…. I can’t do that! It’s exactly like you said: if I restrict myself that much, my animal instincts suddenly kick in, I go get food and just BINGE. I do NOT want that to happen, so I am doing this weight loss competition my way, even if I don’t win. I’m doing what is working for me. I finally found foods that are super healthy AND that I love. I eat when I get cravings, and I found foods I can eat a lot of when I feel like I’m suuuper hungry.

  4. I started binge eating when I was in 7th grade in 2007. Its been so hard to stop. I did pretty good this year as a new years resolution but by day 30 it all went down hill. I'm determined to get through this!

  5. I did not know what i was going through was actually a problem until i saw this video i dont like over eating i sometimes would eat just 1 cereal or coffe with bread or cookies and would not eat nothing buy frut through the day because i think if i eat more ill get fat

  6. i know i am late on this video but i know how u feel girl but now i stoped on my own i literally gained lots of weight i wasnt even exercising at all and also eating so much fastfood now i am happy that even if i eat is just cuz i do need too.. i lost alot of weight from just eating at home and like a small snack to help hunger but healthy of course.. love you girl and keep on making videos 😀😘

    Do you practise or do you write a script, or do you rehearse before filming a video? I don't know, you're so fluent and capable of expressing things in such a clear way! And I'm not even a English first language speaker!
    Well, I just want to say that if you don't and if you just sit in front of the camera and talk, you are very talented.   12. I had the most horrible pregnancy (first baby by the way) but she was worth it in the end. Had a miracle baby and I love her. During my pregnancy one of the many issues I had was a bad thyroid. Gaining weight from my pregnancy was bad enough, but to also have a thyroid issue made it worse. I had gone to the gym like crazy before I got pregnant so having to be on bed rest, gaining prego weight AND having a thyroid issue made me gain Soo much weight. After I had my baby I still had a bad recovery. I was super upset with how bad my body gained soo much. I started to binge as if I had given up. My mother in law is a bitch. and she loves that I feel down about my weight because her life evolves around losing weight but she's still miserable.. but obviously it wasnt my fault i had gained alot of weight until I binged. she stooped so low to the point where she gave me a book with a cow on the cover and it said "Mr. Brown can Moo can you"? it upset me that someone could be so cruel and make fun of something that wasnt in my control. And it got to me for awhile….. Fast forward to now, I am actually on my own journey.. to lose the weight and it is hard as I lost track of myself and binged because I gave up, thank you for this..

  14. I’ve been waiting for this video. I literally have been bingeing for a few years ever since I had my daughter. I didn’t want to face this video because it’s something I’ve been denying. I woke today and for the first time felt “I’m done with this. I’m so ready to overcome this.” You’re such an inspiration. Thank you for showing me I can do this. Love you girl.

I agree with you 100% that your friend can overcome binge eating but I think what her therapist may have meant is sometimes a life event will throw her for a loop and she will reach for a familiar vice and she should recognize that and that's ok. Example: I recently took a 911 call from a man who had been drinking for 3 days straight. I asked him what happened and he explained he got sober 12 years ago when his son was born and 3 days ago his son had died. His brain went right for what he knew. It's a habit that doesn't serve us but our brain reaches for what's familiar in traumatic events.

  16. I have been struggling with binge eating since I was 18. I will be 28 and for the past 5 years I have struggled so hard because I start a weight loss journey, I lose 20# and then stop losing weight for whatever reason. I have a full time VERY stressful job and I find my self stuffing my face throughout my 10-12 hr shift, and I dislike the feeling of binge eating. I don’t even eat because I’m hungry and ever since I have found your channel I love watching your videos and your advice. I hope to one day be telling the same story of how I overcame binge eating. Thank you so much for sharing these inspiring videos with us and for being 100% real. You’re beautiful inside and out and you’re inspiring many woman to make a change for the better!
